1. The light-emitting element is the LED light-emitting tube, and it is inevitable that the brightness is inconsistent during the production process. However, the countermeasure taken by the LED display manufacturer is to divide the production after the completion of the production. The smaller the brightness difference between the adjacent two levels, the better the consistency, but the lower the yield and the higher the inventory will be more serious. Therefore, each manufacturer controls the brightness difference between two adjacent gears to about 20 percent .
2. The drive component is generally a constant current drive chip, such as MBl5026. These chips contain 16 constant current drive outputs, which can be used to set the current output value. The error of each output of the same chip is controlled within 3 percent , and the output error of different chips is controlled within 6 percent .
3. It is normal for the brightness error of 25 percent between the pixels of the LED display to appear. If the LED tube used is not the same grade and type of product, the brightness error will rise to more than 40 percent .
Fourth, the inconsistency of the brightness of the full-color LED display is the root cause of the blurry screen. It cannot be corrected with the post-correction equipment, and it can only be achieved during the manufacturing process of the LED display manufacturer.
